Golden Rose Rich Color Nail Laquer Review ♥ Metallic eyes&nails

Today's post is mainly about this Golden Rose nail polish in number 02. The shade is a really pretty metallic baby pink.

Днешният пост е основно ревю на лака на Golden Rose #02. Цветът му е много приятно металическо бебешко розово.

I am impressed by the longevity of it. It has been on my nails for 4 days now and it has not chipped yet. 

Another big plus for me is that it's really opaque with just one coat! 

This is quite impressive since you know with these pale, nude shades you need at least 2 coats for the colour to show properly. 

I even remember I needed 3 coats for the Essence nail polish in cotton candy- a pretty, nude shade which was the only good thing about the nail polish but that's another story.

Впечатлена съм от издръжливостта му. Нося го вече четвърти ден и все още няма признаци на обелване.

Друг плюс е, че е цветът му е достатъчно наситен дори с 1 слой!
Това си е впечатляващо при положение, че обикновено при бледите, нюд цветове трябват поне 2 слоя, за да се види добре цвета. 

Спомням си дори, че ми трябваха 3 слоя за един лак на Есънс (cotton candy)- нежен нюд, чийто нюанс беше единственото сполучливо нещо относно този лак, но това е друга история.

This polish does have some brush strokes that aren't too visible and it's definitely something I could easily ignore for the color and effect I get from this nail polish. Plus I guess you can get around this by applying a base coat.

При нанасяне се получават някои черти, но това е нещо, което спокойно мога да пренебрегна, заради цвета и ефекта от лака. Освен това, мисля, че това може да се избегне като се ползва основа.

Something I don't really like is that the nail polish doesn't have its own name- just the lonely impersonal number 02. 

I feel a name does give the product a character and something unique and distinct. Plus I'm really good at memorizing product names and terrible at recalling digits and numbers. GR can definitely learn from brands like MAC or NARS who know that putting a witty name on the label can make the product a best seller.

 I have totally bought things heavily influnced (or even entirely...but hey who hasnt?!) by a clever pun in a product name or just a beautifully thought phrase. Who wouldn't like a name like Mint Candy Apple (Essie nail polish) or smile/frown ат something like Glow Job (Soap&Glory Moisturizer)? Naming your products is a must these days- it gives products life and it make them way more attractive.

Нещо, което не ми харесва е, че лакът си няма име- единствено самотният, безличен номер 02.

Смятам, че името придава на на един продукт характер и нещо уникално и отличително. Освен това, съм много добра в помненето на имена и отчайваща с номера и цифри. :) 

GR определено може да научи нещо от марки като MAC и NARS, които знаят, че едно остроумно наименование върху етикета може да превърне продукта в бестселър. Купувала съм неща силно повлияна ( или дори изцяло...та кой не е?!) от хитра игра на думи в името или просто добре звучаща фраза. Кой не харесва имена като Mint Candy Apple (Essie лак) или не би се подсмихнал или пък намръщил на такива като Glow Job (Soap&Glory Moisturizer)? 

Даването на име на продуктите в днешно време е задължително- то им дава живот и ги прави много по-привлекателни за купувача.

                                     

Back on the topic- I have to say I quite like the packaging. The glass bottle with the metallic lid doen't feel cheap at all.

Да се върнем на темата- много харесвам опаковката. Стъкленото шишенце и металният връх на четката не създават усещане за нещо евтино.

   The brush is one of these trendy "one step" brushes which I really like. It is quite handy- short and wide which allows you to coat your whole nail with just one stroke.

Четката е от типа "one step" и е доста удобна- късичка и широка, което позволява покритие с един замах. 

As a whole I really liked this nail polish and Golden Rose have some pretty good products and I can totally recommend their nail polishes. So take a look at their shades of you're looking for a new affordable but quality nail polsih.

Като цяло лакът много ми хареса и мога спокойно да препоръчам лаковете на Golden Rose, които в последно време предлагат все по-качествени продукти. Разгледайте цветовете им ако си търсите хубав лак на достъпна цена.

                      P.S  I had this idea of pairing the nail polish with a matchy eyelid color and since

                       its shade reminds me a of the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Pink Gold I sported them together.
                             The only difference is the golden flecks in the color tattoo.

Хрумна ми идеята да комбинирам този лак с подобни сенки за очи и понеже цвета ми напомня на  Maybelline Color Tattoo- Pink Gold реших да ги нося заедно.

Единствената разлика са златните частички в тату-то. 

I've been wearing this shade both on my nails and eyes as my take on the matchy makeup trend (usually the nails are matched with the lips) and I've really liked it. I kept it minimal on the eyes- just the color tattoo as a pretty highlighter on the lid with loads of mascara.

И така нося този метален розов цвят както на ноктите, така и върху клепачите като моята версия на тренда "matchy makeup" (обикновено устните се комбинират с ноктите) и резултатът ми харесва. Подходих минимално към очите- само тату-то като лек хайлайтър на клепача заедно с много спирала.
